Who we are
Construcción Renovación PDC works on private homes in Playa del Carmen and around: the big build, the renovation and the upkeep. This page explains how we work and who we work for. No story padding.
What we do
We build and renovate private houses, we build and recover pools, and we take care of everything around them: electrical work, indoor and outdoor kitchens, closets, terraces, gardens, plumbing and small jobs.
What ties it together is the whole house. The same team can open a wall, redo the wiring that turns up behind it, fit the new kitchen and leave the terrace with its drainage where it belongs. You do not have to coordinate four suppliers who blame each other.
The full list, service by service, is in Services. If you already know what you need, Contact is the short way round.
Who we work for
We work with private owners: house and condo owners, resident all year or from a distance, and foreign owners — French and English speaking — who would rather deal directly in their own language than through a middleman.
We also get projects from rental properties that need to be ready between two stays, and from real estate agencies looking for a steady team for their clients.
How we work
First we look at the site. A visit or a video call with photos, because the real condition of a house does not fit in a message. Then we tell you in writing what the work involves: scope, materials, order of operations and the decisions that are yours.
During the work you have one contact, the same from start to finish. Progress and surprises reach you by WhatsApp, not at handover. When something changes — and in renovation something almost always changes — we tell you the moment we find it, along with the option we recommend.
Spanish, French and English
We work in all three languages, and this site is complete in all three. The WhatsApp button sends the message in the language you are reading, so you do not have to switch register to explain your project.
On site this matters more than it sounds: half the problems in a renovation are misunderstandings about a detail someone thought they had understood.
What you will not find on this site
Better said up front:
- No photo presented as our own work. The images on this site are illustrative and credited; photos of our projects will be published once they have been taken.
- No client review, rating or testimonial. We will only publish the ones that are real and verifiable.
- No generic price or timeline. We give those after seeing the site, for your case.
- No years in business, certification or number of projects delivered while none of it is documented.
Let us talk about your house
